Prototypes

Prototypes for a knowledge base used by a technical support call center

Conceptual designs were translated into initial mockups and were tested with users to refine the UI and identify additional requirements. Testing included three rounds of paper mockups and an interactive prototype. The designs were also validated with an international audience in Japan, The Philippines and Spain.
